New features in ADVENTURECluster 2024
Many enhancements are included in ADVENTURECluster 2024,
such as molding constraint in topology optimization, as shown below.
Optimization analysis
- Molding constraint is now available in topology optimization. A mass-producible and unbreakable shape can be obtained in a short time with stress constraints.
- Both topology and shape optimization have been significantly improved in terms of performance and functionality, including improved stability.
- Builder and Visual are improved to be more user-friendly.
Fatigue analysis
- Fatigue life evaluation can now be available with constant and sine sweep frequency response and random vibration analyses.
- Fatigue life evaluation by Fatemi-Socie model, which is one of a critical plane method, is now available in low cycle fatigue analysis and rain-flow method.
Adaptive mesh smoothing
- Adaptive mesh smoothing, which controls the mesh during analysis, is now supported. This function is expected to allow analysis to progress to larger deformations in cases where the analysis stops due to deterioration of element geometry.
Cyclic symmetry condition
- The cyclic symmetry condition is now available. This function allows a partial analysis of a structure with rotational symmetry to be equivalent to a full analysis, significantly reducing computational resources.
Usability improvement in Pre/Post processors
- A feature tree is now available, showing configuration steps in sequence.
- Boundary and contact conditions can now be transferred by mapping when replacing parts.
- The clipping function has been improved to be more user-friendly.
